Clean and comfortable but could use updating.

Went there because of BringFido. No maintenance. We had two pieces of the ceiling that were falling down. The battery in the smoke detector was removed and left open. Everything was dirty. Garbage was overflowing outside. Prepackaged muffin and cold coffee served for the breakfast that was included. Would never go back.

No. Spend the extra $50 and stay at the residence. Very unhelpful and unfriendly staff, building is falling apart, and the rooms/halls smelled of mold.

I can't even begin to describe what a total dump this hotel is. La Quinta shouldn't even lend their name on it. Honestly, BringFido should take it off their site. It's that bad. It's a gathering spot for all kinds of sketchy types. When my wife and I first walked in the entire hotel smelled like weed. No kidding. The entire hotel! Our room was barely habitable. Paint peeling off the ceiling and generally a dump. We tried to check out but there was literally nothing available due to storm chasers and an LSU game. Stay away!

Even though they say no dog fee, they charged us 15 per dog. Generally cheap and not great, but adding on the extra money made it the same price as a nicer hotel. I won’t be returning.

The quote was $82 and it ended up being $97. They charged a $15 pet cleaning fee. They should have used it to clean the room instead. The sheets had black marks all over them and there was dirt in every corner. Will not stay there again. Not only am I giving my dog a flee bath I’m going to take one myself!

Accepted dogs but thats where it ended. Trash covered area to walk your dogs. Empty bin for dog waste bags and no trash can. Hotel was loud and smelled.

Disappointing. Dirty hallways and bathroom. The smoke detector was beeping and they did nothing about it. They told us the maintenance people left at 4 and they didn’t know what to do about it. Wouldn’t change our room even though I requested it. I ended up getting a battery myself and climbing up on a chair and changing it myself. Terrible service. Very disappointing. Don’t go there!

Not a good location for a lone traveler. Have a decent size area for dogs but no one picks up after themselves. Low grade quality of a room.

The staff at the La Quinta Inn & Suites Baton Rouge Siegen Lane site were very helpful and friendly during a trying time of a hurricane predicted to come in and local people evacuated to Boca Raton. All guests were quickly accommodated, with or without four legged family members.

I would like to list at least one good quality... but there isn’t one.
1) my room was being shown to 3 men (during A Covid pandemic?!)
2) the room smelled like someone was currently smoking in the room, I notified the front desk and the man told me he could change my room but the truth is they all smell like that.
3) the room had baby roaches on the walls
4) you can hear everything..
someone upstairs walked around allllllll night.
5) 11pm: a lady in the lobby was screaming (yes I could hear it clear as day all the way down the hall), the dog started growling.. he wouldn’t settle down bc the lady wasn’t shutting up. The cops arrived. It was a ruff night.

Pretty quick check in, had 12pm checkout which is about an hour later than normal. There is plenty of grass to walk the dog. Not too far from downtown Baton Rouge.

There is a large grassy area across the parking lot from the office. We have two good size dogs and they enjoyed it. Room was spacious and clean. There were no signs it was a “dog room” at all. Staff was friendly and helpful. No surprise charges! Easy access off and on from I-10. I highly recommend!!
