Why You’ll Love Staying Here:
This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect mix of vintage charm and modern comfort. Located just minutes from the airport, shopping, and Roebling Road Raceway—and only 20 minutes from downtown Savannah or 45 minutes to Tybee Island—our cottage is an ideal home base for all your adventures.
What to Expect:
Your Own Space: Enjoy the privacy and comfort of having the entire home to yourselves. Our 1,609 sq ft cottage has everything you need to feel right at home. With 3 comfy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a sunroom perfect for kicking back, there’s plenty of space to relax. The master bedroom is extra spacious and includes an ensuite luxurious bathroom with a big soaking tub and tiled shower. The guest bathroom is accesible through the hallway.
Modern Comforts: We’ve kept the 1950s charm while adding all the modern touches you need. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and there’s a 4K 55" SMART TV in the living room. Plus, you’ll have free Wi-Fi, cable, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
Sweet Dreams: You’ll sleep soundly on our Euro Top mattresses—two queen beds, one full-size bed, and a sofa with a built-in bed. We’ve also stocked the cottage with extra pillows and blankets to keep you cozy.
Pet-Friendly: We love pets and welcome up to two house-trained furry friends (with prior approval and a $75 per pet fee). While the yard isn’t fenced, it’s spacious and great for pets—just bring a leash for walks!
Fully Stocked for a Worry-Free Stay:
Coffee Lovers Rejoice: We’ve got you covered with both a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine. You’ll find a starter pack of coffee grounds, filters, Keurig K-cups, sugar, and creamer ready for your first morning.
Essentials Provided: We want to make your arrival as easy as possible, so we’ve prepared a starter pack with all the basics—think toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and more. You’ll also find laundry detergent and dryer sheets for your use.
Well-Equipped Kitchen: Whether you’re cooking up a feast or just making snacks, our kitchen is ready with pots, pans, utensils, and paper towels. There’s also a fridge, stove/oven, coffee pot, microwave, and dishwasher—detergent included!
Extra Touches to Make You Smile:
- Seasonal & Holiday Decor: We love adding a little extra magic to your stay with special decorations for holidays and seasons.
- Fresh Flowers: Our property manager is a local florist and can arrange beautiful bouquets to brighten your visit—just let us know if you’re interested!
Perfect for Families:
- Little Ones Welcome: If you’re traveling with kids, our property manager is also a BabyQuip provider. You can rent cribs, car seats, and toy baskets to keep everyone comfortable.
Relax & Enjoy:
- Unwind Your Way: Kick back in the sunroom with some games, relax on the back deck, or rock the day away on the front porch. Roku TV is available for when you’re ready to settle in with a show.
- Easy Parking: The cottage has a carport for two vehicles and a long driveway for extra space.
Important Things to Know:
- Fireplace & Storage: The fireplace is just for decoration—please don’t use it. The shed in the yard and a locked closet inside are reserved for our cleaning team and aren’t available to guests.
