They did not go out of their way for the dogs, but we had no issues with them. The room was nice, a suite with a kitchen, separate room for the adult kids, I had the pull out sofa, which was comfortable.
We had a fantastic stay,. The hotel had lots of pet areas outside and some covered greenery in the hallway as well. The staff was very friendly and the room was great. Check-in was quick and easy. The only thing is that they don't have a parking garage so you either have to valet which is very expensive (plus tips on top of that) or find a nearby parking lot (there is one about a block away but that's also $30 per day). The breakfast was delicious though. Would stay here again.
I loved Sonesta ES Suites New Orleans Convention Center. They had everything I needed and was kind. They helped me with the delayed check-in due to late flight.
This hotel is a twenty minute walk from the French Quarter, Bourbon Street, etc. Yes, you could find something closer, but this place has a lovely green space inside the hotel for your fur babies to use. It was great not to have to walk to a park early in the morning or late at night. Also, the staff is very friendly!
Stayed here with 6 adults and 2 dogs. The rooms were good sized and nice - room for all of us. The courtyard was big and dog friendly, a very nice option to have for quick breaks. Jackson Square and Superdome were easily walkable.
