This was the best stay for the price that we experienced on our New England road trip! My dobie and sheppy slept soundly for the first time without barking through the night. We booked the King Studio with Sofa Bed for one night. We were able to check in at any time and the checkout was by noon; giving us enough time to relax in the morning and pack. The room is clean and everything was provided. The king sized bed and sofa with a pull out bed were extremely comfortable for 3 hoomans and 2 doggos. They were accommodating to our big dogs, a Doberman and a German shepherd. The room was conveniently located on the first floor near the reception. I would definitely come back!

At check-in no information about room wifi, where to walk dog, etc. Pool area shut down, ice machine not working on 4 of 5 floors (not ours), channel remote not working on tv. Dog area size of postage stamp. Room quite noisy from outside highway traffic. Alarm left on position from prior guests so awakened at 5:30 am. Should have been looked at by staff.

We stayed here during our visit to Salem. It's about a 15 min drive to Salem. The hotel was dog friendly, rooms were very spacious and clean, I saw a few other dogs during our visit as well. Only 'complaint' is there isn't much grass area if your dog is particular where they go potty. Luckily mine are happy to poop on rocks and sidewalks if need be LOL. They do have a tiny little corner with a poop bin and poop bags available which was nice. Overall good experience and would stay here again!
