      Suffering with low COVID staffing issues...

      They tried their best, but they are unable to offer the amenities they publicize on a consistent basis. There is no shuttle to town. The Cabana bar is open only "as need warrants," to quote the woman at the front desk, and the pool is used more by the public than by guests by our counting. The staff works hard and responds to guest requests promptly, but the hotel needs to up its game.
