About 1.5 years ago I was at this very same hotel and had a positive experience with the same dogs. Frankly I was looking forward to staying again. Don’t know if they had a change in management but things could not have been more opposite!! The room was dirty with not enough towels— I saw maid in hall and asked for extra towels and washcloths and she told me the linen company had failed to deliver, so no washcloths. That was the only time I saw the maid although her cart was outside a room literally all day, she did not clean our room. The room was hot and there was no way to adjust the temperature— the guests in the next room had the same complaint. We wanted to extend stay and was told they had lots of vacancies, but couldn't book. The room did not have enough electrical outlets so had to go without lights In order to charge phone. The staff was not friendly or helpful but they sure collected the pet fees!! I cannot recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay. We enjoyed a spacious suite. The staff was welcoming. We would definitely recommend staying if you need to bring your doggies with you. They offered a continental breakfast and coffee. Convenient location to restaurants, highway, and local shops.

I found this on Fido and we were extremely pleased that we were able to keep our dog at the hotel. One thing that would be nice was if the rooms that allow dogs would have something other than carpet on their floors. Very friendly staff!

It was our first time staying in a hotel with our pup, and they made it a great experience! They were very friendly, gave her a few treats, and made us all feel welcome.

Everyone was very welcoming. Lots of safety protocols, everyone wore masks. Our dog was welcomed and had no problems. Saw lots of other people with dogs, but had no problem having our own space for our pup.
