Nothing special in terms of treatment, except that our elderly, very quiet toy poodle was not allowed to walk through the lobby. That's why they gave us a ground floor end room -- so we could enter and exit far from the entrance. The room was adequate, nothing special.

As a female traveling alone did not like the fact that all pet friendly rooms were on the ground floor. Room had a smell of cigarette smoke more than pets. Nice location. Adequate pet area. Staff was very kind.

The beds were very comfortable but unlike other dog hotels we have stayed in they had carpet on the floors instead of LVP. There were spots everywhere which caused our dog to constantly sniff and I bathed our dog at our next stop. No one told us where there was a dog area. We finally saw the sign when leaving the next morning. The hallway smelled as did our room

We were very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of our room. Especially being a pet friendly room. The bed was very comfy and there was a wide variety of choices for breakfast. Our dog Sammie also enjoyed his stay. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to my friends. Well done!
