Completely prepared for our cat, even allowing supplies I couldn’t bring on the plane to be delivered ahead of my arrival. Nice staff, good restaurant and bar.

The BWI Holiday Inn was average. The room was comfortable enough but the only hard surface was in the bathroom, so that was where we had to put the dogs’ water bowl. We were placed on the 5th of 5 floors which worked out for us but may not have if someone really needed to relieve themselves. There was grass, but no bags or designated doggy potty space.

Very easy check-in. Extremely clean with a very spacious room. Bathroom was very clean and had lots of amenities. Easy to get to from Route 95. Restaurant on premises. We ordered dinner from our room and they called us when it was ready. Food was good. We usually eat in the room so our dog is more comfortable in a strange setting. Would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel.

We were greeted with a great bag and a great front desk staff. Rooms are quite large, and although a bit dated very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We will stay here again

We picked the Holiday Inn because the website indicated they were following Covid safety procedures. The hotel was spotless, all staff wore masks, socially distancing rules were in effect! We got a room on the first floor which made it easy to get our dog in and out for walks. The grassy areas were clean, something we had no experienced at other hotels.
We paid $25 extra for our dogs stay and had to put down a $50 refundable deposit. The extra cost was definitely worth it because the hotel and surrounding property was so clean. We will be booking a multi night visit at the Holiday Inn in December! - BruceJan 2, 2020Great location, terrific staff, nice place!
We had a wonderful stay the BWI Airport Holiday Inn. The staff front desk, managers, servers and housekeeping staff were are all very welcoming and helpful. Everyone was welcoming of both me and my canine companion, and I consistently received friendly caring service for encounters. I was actually almost sorry to leave and continue on my road trip to Florida. The facility, my room, public areas and restaurant were all spotless, and in perfect up-to-date condition. I highly recommend this hotel!
