Designed for families, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests (children included and required).

Upstairs:
• Bedroom 1: two single beds (90 cm, joined) + ensuite bathroom with spa shower + air conditioning
• Bedroom 2: one double bed (140 cm)
Ground floor:
• Bedroom 3: trundle bed (2 x 90 cm)
• Bedroom 4: two double beds (140 cm & 135 cm) + children’s corner

Everything you need to cook as a family:
• Oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer
• Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, citrus press, blender, slicer
• Eight large drawers stocked with all the essentials

🌄 House Rules
• 🔇 No noise after 11 PM (semi-detached house, family neighborhood)
• 👨👩👧👦 Adult-only groups not accepted (at least one child required)
• 🚫 No parties, events, or outside visitors
• 🚭 No smoking (indoors or outdoors)
• ⚠️ Children must be supervised at all times (unfenced pool)
• 🧽 Please wash dishes and take out the trash before departure
✅ Formalities
• ID required for all guests (including children) before arrival
• Mandatory registration form at check-in (Decree 933/2021)
• Tourist tax: €2 per day / person aged 16+ (max €14 per stay), payable in cash on arrival
• No security deposit, but compliance with house rules is required
• Arrival inspection may be carried out (no formal inventory)

• Pool maintenance required for stays of 4 nights or more (quick, discreet visit)
• If any issue arises, please contact your host directly before filing a claim via the platform
