      Awful experience

      Hi, I wanted to complain about our stay at this hotel. They didn’t know we had pets and gave us a hard time at check-in because we didn’t let them know. Yet the reservation stated two people, two pets. After waiting for too long to find a room after our 6 hour drive he finally was able to make it happen. The pet area was horrible, filled with garbage, old tires, old toilets and littered with plastic. It is no place to walk a dog.

      Nice hotel

      Only issue is that dog’s are suppose to be crated when you’re not in the room.

      This was not mentioned in description. For one night this was not an issue for me but could have been a problem if my stay was longer.
