      I don't like to complain about ANY hotel that is pet friendly because I am thankful for them but there are a few things that need attention. I had to wait about 10 minutes for my room to be "finished". The carpet had a lot of lint/crumbs like it hadn't been vacuumed properly if at all. The stand where the microwave sits was full of dust. When housekeeping dusted they only hit in front of the microwave. They never picked up and went under it so the dust was pretty thick underneath. In the room there was only 1 reg cup of coffee and 1 decaf cup of coffee in the room so take your own or be prepared to fight over who gets the real stuff (we went to the front desk and asked for another cup but the gentleman wouldn't get us one. He told us to come to the lobby instead)! They did have coffee in the lobby but some of us like a cup in our room before having to venture out. Also, if you go and use the restaurant for food pick up you may want to call because the prices online are not correct. Every thing on the menu was 1-2 dollars higher than what you see online. Other than that, the view was beautiful. I had a 1st floor room so it was very easy access with the pet. The bed was comfortable for the most part. No breakfast being served due to COVID.
