Baymont by Wyndham Jackson welcomes two pets up to 80 lbs in designated rooms for an additional fee of $25 per pet, per night, plus a $100 refundable deposit. Only Standard Rooms are pet friendly. Both dogs and cats are permitted, but pets may not be unattended at any time. Treats and pet bowls are available. There are three pet relief areas on the premises and waste bags are provided. I was late for check-in, they didn’t allow check-in by phone. I called multiple times prior to let them know that I had been detoured and my estimated arrival time. All they told me was “I’m sorry, you can’t check in after that time. Our system runs an audit at 3am. We can’t refund, there’s nothing that we can do.” I’m out $480. Poor, poor customer service. I would give them no bones if that was an option.

Pet friendly, breakfast, bed was comfortable, smaller room, wood/no carpeted floors. It is hard to get to (but that seems a trend in Jackson). Was a place for construction/city workers to stay.
