We did not get into our room until 1:00am. The toilet was torn apart stained, and unusable, and the bath towels were used. When we tried to go to the front desk to tell them, there was no one there. The next morning we told them and showed them pictures and they comped our room.

The hotel is great and the staff is very friendly. Nice size rooms with plenty of room if you have large dogs.
