Lack of sanitation everywhere.. stained/damaged furniture. Shower was plumbed with cold on left, hot on right and I could not get an even temperature...shower head moved to and from as not secured to the wall. There was one small towel and 2 face wash towels. I used the bath mat to wipe the floor just in front of the tub and the white mat was now black with dirt. Walls were cracked, bubbled out paint, ceilings were covered in rust spots. Their website says full breakfast so I asked when they'd have breakfast set up and the front desk said that's it. I said there are white bread slices, apples and coffee. I was told I could make toast. I asked if there was juice and was told I could purchase it from the vending machine. The apples were old wrinkly and all were bruised. A different clerk found 4 white bagels and some frozen small chocolate doughnuts. The toasters were not working so the desk clerk investigated and got them reconnected. They don't want to really give you breakfast so don't count on it at this place. Overall a big disappointment staying at this place, for humans. My dog enjoyed all the animal smells of the room that had been left to adorn the floors and walls of the room.
