We booked on BringFido (paying in full)and when we got there, we were charged again and told it was our job to work it out with the booking company. It appeared the employee and their family lived on site, and were not at all customer service orientated (which made this the worst part of our experience). They know how to take your money, but not refund it or do anything to make the stay better. Our bathroom door hinge was not connected to the frame and didn't close.
When we initially looked at our bed, there were huge lumps all over which ended up being from a down comforter which was not thoroughly dried and the feathers were stuck in balls in each quilted square (often leading to mold/mildew problems) and felt and sounded like a stiff diaper anytime we moved. I coughed and sneezed for half the night until I slept on the fold out sofa bed, which actually was so much more comfortable than the bed.
They did not do a very good job of keeping their parking lot cleared of snow. At any point in our stay when we took our dogs out the side door, we came back with snow on our pants above our ankles. The curtain liner was torn. This used to be a good chain, but we will be booking elsewhere going forward.
