Was given a dirty room and was somewhat blamed because of it the key cards constantly stopped working. Front desk lady became so fed up she would walk away when I simply needed to get into my room. I apologized numerous times and thought I was doing something wrong when entering the key and tried every way possible. Was bothered by creepy employees to let them pet my dog and wouldn’t leave me alone when I tried going back to the room. It felt like I was in a New York subway.

We stayed 3 nights. Our room was very close to a first-floor exit which happened to be by the area designated for pets to relieve themselves, so it was all very convenient. The room was nice too, no complaints! We'd absolutely stay there again with our pup.
