The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and pressure. There was a good amount of grass for walking dogs, with a dog waste station. The breakfast was on the good side of the typical motel offering.

The staff is great and the location good. It’s a new hotel but still some issues. We were on the 3rd floor until the signage and the room was lit up even with the curtains closed. Although it was December our room was so warm we had to run the AC. There’s nowhere to put soap or shampoo in the shower so it all had to go on the floor. The hook on the back of the bathroom door was broken. Lots of little inconvenient things.

The location is perfect, the hotel is well kept, and the staff are awesome. We had an animal emergency, and the entire staff went out of their way to help us and get us to an Urgent Care Vet. They were so caring in our time of need it was unbelievable and very thankful for them.

I recommend this location. They were friendly, accommodating to my three dogs, and the room
was clean and comfortable. It was a little pricey for only staying for one night but that was my fault for booking last minute. Spacious room. My dog is not a fan of elevators, so we were glad the elevator is large and carpeted. Nearby restaurants close early, so Wendy's was the only convenient dinner option after 9pm. Dog biscuits provided.

Located right off I44. Room was spacious and clean. Best part is hotel located more in a small business/residential area. Tons of green space and sidewalks. My big pittie sure loved being able to walk over a mile. Room also had a corner type sofa which was perfect for our dog to sleep on (we put down her blanket). Five bones all the way. Ask for main floor by pool and you’ll be right by outside area
