For a $75 pet fee we were given a milk bone. Other than that, we were treated like intruders - having to put a special door tag up so the maid would know to clean the room extra. There was literally nothing in the room - nothing to write on or with. Kleenex box was nearly empty with no replacement. There was a water bottle (not ours) under the bed so clearly their excessive cleaning requirements were not followed prior to our stay. Only instructions for the TV required scanning a QR code that told us to turn the TV on to see the guide - that did not happen. Will not book Hampton again.

We are traveling cross country with a small service dog and the staff and accommodations were really wonderful here at the Hampton Inn in Bozeman. We have stayed in many Hampton Inns along our journey and have found all of them to be extremely comfortable and well appointed. The staff, especially Ethan at the front desk were extremely helpful and we were very comfortable in our deluxe king room. The grounds were really great for our pup and I even used the large lovely pool. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful and we all slept really well after a long days drive. We had a great stay and will definitely stay at other Hampton Inns in the future!
