  Outstanding Customer Service

  The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and attentive. That goes for the front desk associates to the cleaning staff, the night staff and the chef! The inn was very clean as was our room. We had two dogs that were treated very kindly. The grounds around the inn were free of dog litter and it was well lit for nighttime trips outside with ample places to walk the dogs. Many thanks to all who worked on Easter and for your kindness. I highly recommend the inn to pet owners as well as those without pets. You would not know they allow dogs! Conveniently located to a large dog park that was very clean. Great experience overall.

  Convenient and clean

  We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Asheville. The room was very clean and spacious, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best free hotel breakfast I've ever had.

  Comfortable and Welcoming For Pets

  We stayed at the Asheville Residence Inn for one night with our two small dogs.

  Great location and very pet friendly

  We stayed at the Residence Inn during a recent trip to Asheville. The staff were great and the accommodations were perfect for us (two adults, an infant, and a large dog). There is an area in the back of the property for the dogs, as well as a few parks a short drive away. The location is awesome. It is a 2 minute walk to Hi-Wire Brewery (which is dog friendly) and the Standard Pizza Co. It is centrally located between the Biltmore (about 10 minutes) and to downtown Asheville if you are interested in brewery hopping. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone traveling with their fur children!

  Asheville Residence Inn

  We stayed here for the night while traveling cross country with our 2 large dogs. They were very accommodating and put us in a low room near and exit. There were doggy poop bag stations and an area to walk the dogs. Hotel is located in the same block as HiWire brewery which is also dog friendly and has an on site food truck. Short walk to old biltmore village which has dog shops and more dog friendly breweries

  Excellent hotel, will be back!

  The hotel and staff were wonderful! Friendly, courteous and they loved our dogs. It is clean, well kept and the breakfast buffet had delicious food including healthy options. We loved our suite as did the dogs.

  It was our vacation and anniversary celebration and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It is just minutes from the Biltmore (the hotel has a special rate for guests- two days of visits to the Biltmore for the price of a one day admission fee). The Biltmore has several clean and well secured and shady kennels for dogs while you visit the Biltmore house that are free of charge. We put our dogs there with clean fresh water from the nearby pump. They were safe, happy and comfortable.

  The hotel is also minutes from downtown Asheville, with good restaurants and breweries. Very pet friendly. I would caution you, though, that there are a few streets of downtown Asheville which are not very safe to walk through. A very nice young lady at the brewery cautioned us about that but unfortunately we had already walked through that particular street. I am sorry I forget the name but if my husband remembers it, I will edit my post.

  We are going to make this an annual visit and stay at the Residence Inn.

  Fantastic Stay

  I was here with my partner on his business trip. We decided to drive with our puppy and make a road trip out of it. This hotel is extremely dog friendly! The rooms have kitchenette's and living areas - plenty of space for your pet. The hotel also offers breakfast (service dogs only allowed in the dining area) and evening social (Monday to Wednesday). The hotel lets you leave your pet in the room alone and asks that guests inform the front desk when they need housekeeping as they don't want to clean the room if the pet is left alone in the room. All of the staff loved our puppy and was so accommodating it was like home away from home. The location is just outside downtown Asheville, near the Biltmore Estate, and a short drive to Blue Ridge Parkway.
