Sheraton Charlotte Airport - is close to airport, has a shuttle you need to call before you exit the airport (pick up area has no cell/mobile service). There is lots of green space for pets to relieve themselves around hotel itself. Hotel is aging, but quite comfortable for the night. Staff were very friendly to Thor.

This was our first trip with our dog and we were told by many people that hotels that accept pets are generally not good. Our first night stay confirmed that. Then we got to The Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel!! It was beautiful, clean, wonderful beds and sheets and bathroom, easy access to pet relief, and welcoming and friendly staff. No compromise made here!! Would stay with or without our pet!!

Would have given the hotel 5 bones, but a maid was vacuuming the hallway outside of the room at 06:30am. Very nice to have clean halls, but our puppy wasn’t happy with it.

The room was clean and had no bad odors. The sink in the bathroom had a HW faucet that could not be used. Staff was very responsive and would have given us another room, but we were already settled in. Breakfast is only by room service. The hotel is a short distance from the highway, not right at the exit, which makes it a quiet location, despite being near the airport. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Lots of dogs here so it was a bit overwhelming for my puppy that gets overexcited when seeing other dogs. Rooms were very comfy. Not much grass to walk you dog for potty time but a very nice hotel.

The hotel staff accommodated our late check and we're super friendly. The hotel was clean and well kept. We didn't end up getting a ground floor room as the hotels pet policy stated, so the elevators were interesting with the pups - but I think that's because we were late. I wish there would have been more of a dedicated dog area for potty breaks or walking but there is a decent amount of grass if your pup isn't picky. The only reason I left off a bone is because unfortunately our entire floor smelled of weed from some neighbor guests. All hotels smell like weed these days which is fine, but the amountttt of this one was sort of obnoxious. Like all of our things from our hotel room in our suitcases that were open smell slightly of weed now. But overall, compared to the other charlotte options for pet friendly hotels, with two dogs (one big and one small), no pet fees and it was cleanly - I would go back here again.

We always stay here on our trips back and forth to New Hampshire. The rooms are consistently clean, safe, and very pleasant. Great staff and excellent onsite restaurant and bar.

We loved our stay! They provided poop bags, a bed, and food bowls. They put us on the first floor close to the outside potty area. They were very thoughtful and considerate. Would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely no issues with this hotel. Friendly check-in (first floor room), dog bed in room. Hotel is very nice, clean rooms, great shower (strong water pressure). Easy to get to, was close to airport but did not hear planes from room. Staff was friendly to my dog.

Nice clean, comfortable room with a doggie bed and feeding dishes added. No extra charge for our Beagle! Great staff that was friendly and helpful!!!

Initially we were not put into a pet room, so we had to change it at the front desk. Overall it was a nice room and not having a pet fee was awesome. Both of the pups were able to sleep well.

The lobby was dimly lit. I actually thought they were closed. Room was clean enough. I am sure if it wasn’t for covid the hotel would have had a different vibe
