They advertise pet friendly but when you get there they want a $100 deposit and $35 per night and front desk is rude and wouldn’t give refund! If I could have given less than 1 bone, I would have!

While the Quality Inn in Concord North Carolina is somewhat renovated, I found the place unacceptable because of evening rudeness and their requirement of a $60 cash deposit in case one's dog causes unspecified damage. They already collect a non refundable dog Fee. Dog owners accept the pet fee as sort of an insurance to cover such damages for the overall number of pets that stay at a motel.

This was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed at with my dog. It was very obvious that they were really not keen on people with pets staying at the hotel. One of the staff members talked to me like I was a child, very rude!! I would not recommend, look elsewhere.

A good portion of the hotel was under construction when I went, so it felt a little shady pulling up at 11 pm with construction tape and flickering lights, but the rooms were clean and good for a place to rest while in town for a dog show.
