  Great Customer Service

  Exceptional hosts at check-in. They tended to our dogs needs first and had great personality. Put all at ease, as we were traveling and needed a unscheduled stop. Registered prior to arrival and all was set and waiting for us. Our dog was treated so well. We would definitely recommend this location.

  Stopping over from NY to FL. Clean, area for dogs, on highway. Restaurant next door accommodated our 90# lab. Very friendly all around. Efficient and friendly staff good morning coffee free.

  Dogs were comfortable

  Smiling faces greeted the dogs everywhere, there was a small but useful grass area for them, and a pleasant path around the hotel. Chilled water was there for us all. I would have given it five bones except that the shower did not work and there was only decaf coffee for me. So it took me a long time to wake up and take the dogs outside.

  Great stop on way to FL

  We spent the night with our lab on way to FL. Right off 95, clean, and had a great restaurant right next to it. Exactly as advertised and would definitely stop again.

  Great Location and Customer Service

  First time driving from my Florida home to my New Jersey home. This hotel was at midpoint and right next to 95. Hampton Inn was pretty nice, provided breakfast, and Customer Service was very welcoming and gave my dog treats. They also had a small area in the back to take your dog to relieve themselves.

  Good place for our pup

  Emma our dog was treated with a doggie bag on arrival ( we didn’t get a baggie but did get big smiles). Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Small green area which was quite large enough to walk Emma about and certainly enough bag stations provided. Only downside for me was breakfast choices ( only light roast coffee, tepid eggs) but even with that the friendly staff more than made up for the basic motel fare. Nearby Dog Park in Benson deserted and just adequate, not worth the trip, but we certainly would consider staying at Hampton Inn, Dunn NC again.

  We slept so well. Nice cold air, nice shower, wonderful breakfast. We were so pleased. Thank you. Our dog says thank you too for allowing her.

  Good for pets, could have been cleaner

  The room was nice, had a comfortable bed, and half flooring/half carpeting. Unfortunately, it had not been cleaned well. Someone’s hair tie was on the floor (not vacuumed well) and there was a large blob of hair in the shower drain which I had to remove (hence the 3 bones). When I let the front desk staff know, I was compensated by having the pet fee removed, which seemed fair. There was a nice (free) breakfast with many options. Outside there was an area in the back to walk dogs - smallish, but fine for my poodle. There was no one there, so I brought him inside the gate of the pool and let him walk around, unleashed, after an 11 hour car ride. The area itself is not great, but it’s right off 95, so very convenient.

  Good location, Untrained staff

  Front desk person was in training. More interested in her meal behind the counter than checking us in. Sent us to a room with wrong bed configuration. We were asked to come back down to the front desk for correction. So we took all our luggage and both dogs back down. She then proceeded to have me sign the dog waiver, which she originally forgot to do, and gave us a new room. We went back up to find the same incorrect bed configuration in the newly assigned room. The manager met us upstairs, apologized and took us to a new room. At least someone cared about getting it right.

  Disappointing

  This hotel is filthy our room was so dirty as soon as we opened the door I knew there would be an issue. The bathroom was dirty we didn’t even shower. Couldn’t sleep because it was so musty and when the air conditioner came on it got worse. I had a breathing attack and had to leave at 4am. We stayed here last season and it was very clean. What a difference a year makes...

  Be warned, this place does not honor their bookings. After driving 500 miles, we showed up at 10pm only to be told they have no room for us, even though we had fully prepaid for a confirmed room weeks ahead. Front desk Kenneth didn’t even bother apologizing or trying to help us find alternate accommodations. Just told us our booking was cancelled. They didn’t even have the courtesy to email or call us to let us know ahead of time that our booking was now cancelled.

  Front desk agent at check in

  We booked to make sure it was with pets although I’m an Hilton Honors member. When my significant other got to the hotel prior to me they would not check him in although his credit card is what was on file for payment. Nor did the man at desk suggest reaching out to me. Upon my arrival the man told me that my significant other was uptight. He explained the Hilton policy which I know very well. I booked this thru Fido so I didn’t add his name, my fault. However with the way the front desk older man spoke to Mark and then myself about Mark I think this is something that needs to be addressed and I feel that we should be offered some sort of credit on this room. Please get back to me about this situation. Thank you.

  Right off I-95

  Nice, clean, comfy room. Very dog friendly with a lot of dogs staying here. There aren’t sidewalks but large parking lots with good sniffing spots with trees. Gas station next door to hotel makes an easy morning to get back on the road.

  Convenient location!

  The Hampton Inn in Dunn, NC was the perfect place for our one night stop over while traveling to and from Florida. We booked a suite and asked for a first floor since we were traveling with our pup. The room was clean and spacious. Tammy at the front desk was wonderful, super helpful and friendly. The property is adjacent to a restaurant and gas station which was also very convenient. The restaurant take out food was very good as was the free hot breakfast at the hotel. This is going to be our “go to” place to stop when we travel this route again. We could not have been happier.

  Great place

  Great place for our stop off on our travels. Staff were friendly and helpful and we loved being able to walk to the steakhouse next door for dinner. Room was clean and ideal for staying with our small dog. Plenty of grass area for dogs to relive themselves and of course the free breakfast that was included for us was excellent.

  Hotel was very clean, staff was super nice. The outdoor dog area was not good, behind the building with some “characters” out there smoking pot and cigarettes, plus poop was not picked up.

  Although we checked in much later than we expected, the staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The BringFido staff was actually instrumental in getting us the room and we thank you for the help and quality service.

  Great place for dogs

  The hotel is right off 95 and has wood laminate floors that are perfect for dogs. The front desk agents were super friendly both with check in and check out. Coffee bar and breakfast were as good as Covid can offer, nothing great but they are limited on what they can serve. We even were offered complimentary toothbrushes since we forgot ours. We will definitely stay here again.

  Not so dog friendly and room was dirty

  The room we had was on third floor not dog friendly at all especially when they have to keep going on elevator to go out it should be on first floor very limited dog space outside but this was not the biggest issue for us -the biggest complaint I have is that the room wasn’t clean at all there was a lot of dust everywhere -tub not clean the lotion bottle was used and the room had hand prints all over and the seal on the door was in the middle of the room upon our arrival not covid friendly at all bed sheets didn’t fit bed at all :/ -thank god I had Lysol with me because we where too tired to leave but I would have if we weren’t so tired after a long drive -sad because they are right off 1-95 but I won’t be staying there again. A little disappointed 😞

  very convenient location to Rt 95. room and hotel very clean and ice modern room with large bathroom the only draw back is the small area of grass to walk your dog. But it was well maintained

  The hotel only allows up to 2 dogs. The manager was nice and made an exception for our 3 dogs. The hotel was great.

  Nice clean lodging. Good pet areas.

  The room was a nice size and very clean. We were located on the first floor next to an exit door leading to the pet area so the location was ideal. A restaurant is located just across the parking lot. We were very satisfied with this lodging and recommend it.
