My policy upon booking stated the pet had to be 25lbs and if you left the room the pet needed to be crated. March 4 2019, i arrived at this location because it is a pet friendly hotel. I have my 4 month old choc lab with us, his crate the whole 9. I’m given a pet policy form to fill out by Rhonda, where it states the pet has to be 20lbs and you can’t leave the dog unattended.
She sees my dog and states “he’s too long”
There was nothing about length when it came to the pet policyi show her the police policy i had in regards to my booking

Safe Stay: Quality Suites has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place, and follows the Commitment to Clean (Choice) cleanliness and sanitization policy. Hand sanitizer is provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Cashless payment is available. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.
