  This hotel is definitely dog friendly. They have a poop bag/disposal station outside in a grassy area lining the parking lot as well. I felt uneasy at night bringing my pet outside though, as there were ALWAYS men of all ages hanging around the door and their vehicles. Based on the smell, smoking of both cigarettes and other substances was the reason.

  This place is not kept up. Room was dirty. Morning coffee area did not have clean containers. Outside was trashed. Trash cut up by lawn mower, beer caps and cig butts all in grass and parking lot. Would not recommend it even though it was right off the highway.

  Love BringFido but no love for Red Roof

  First of all, the dog walk was littered with cigarette butts. In the room, the air smelled smoky, the toilet ran slow and much to our dismay we were awoken at 6:30am. To a fire alarm beeping because batteries needed changing. Our dog was completely unsettled by this. The room served it's purpose barely.

  Perfectly fine for a visit to a dog show

  The location is about 15 minutes from the Western NC Ag Ctr, there's parking and a place to walk your dog. The hotel is good to work with, the rooms are suitable (no rugs!) and it's everything you expect a RRI to be - budget all the way.

  The only issue was that a pet owner should be on the first floor, waiting on the elevator caused some anxiety. Great place though.

  OK stop for a night

  The hotel was clean and convenient to the Interstate and a restaurant within walking distance. It could use a little attention, e.g. chipped flooring and a standing lamp with a broken switch. The heat/ac unit was ungodly noisy so we didn't use it.

  Close to everything. Everyone was friendly. Only complain was their direct tv kept messing up. Couldn’t watch tv.

  The room was terrible!

  Spiders on the ceiling. Cricket on the desk. Ew! I didn't sleep a wink. At least the bed is clean.

  Nice property and location

  Very nice property, easy access and walking distance to Outback. Nice waking area for dogs and very pet friendly hotel. People friendly too as the rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and nice hard wood floors

  Staff was friendly. Clean and quite. Nice grassy area and sidewalk to let dogs stretch and potty. Outback Steakhouse is 300 yards away.

  good for dogs, humans up for debate...

  It was great that the place had no pet fee or size limit for our two dogs, but it was a bit dirty. There were cobwebs in our room and our room wasn't cleaned over our 3 night stay. (Day 1 might have been our fault for waiting too long to remove the do not disturb door hanger but still) I would recommend staying here if you are just looking for a questionably clean place to lay your head that will accept your dogs of any size with no fee.

  Located in a quieter area, an area to walk your dog near, restaurant right next door. Breakfast minimal. Decent bed. Spacious room.

  Room needs serious renovations & maintenance

  Glad for the availability but goodness the rooms need a serious facelift. The tub was revolting and didn't drain. Literally 15 seconds after I turned on the shower, the tub started to fill, which means I took a shower in someone else's body junk. By the time my husband was done with his shower the water was about an inch from overflowing the top of the tub. SO disgusting.

  Great Location

  Great location, up to date, very clean and a friendly staff. Room with 2 double beds was spacious and comfortable for both me and my Border Collie. Other pets and pet parents were on same ground floor which was wonderful. Would stay here again!

  It WAS a good stay

  As it says in the title, it was a good stay, great price, comfy beds & our dogs loved it. HOWEVER, I woke up to bed bugs!! Nothing pleasant to discover after sleeping on a comfy bed...thankfully I was not bitten. However, to the credit of the hotel, the manager on duty at checkout was super understandable, apologetic, took advice on dealing with them. I have also already been credited my refund very timely! Just be aware when choosing this place to stay.

  Very Pet Friendly!

  Great hotel for the price! Very clean, hot breakfast (coffee and waffles), and overly accommodating staff. All the gentlemen working the front desk area were very prompt and courteous. We will be back when we visit the area.
