The quality of the the room did not match the price per night. No real designated area for pets, no bags. Staff was friendly.

No provisions for dogs. No treats, no walk area.
TV didn’t work, lamp unplugged and missing light bulb (electric outlet covered by tape). They put us in a different room. Dirty facecloth over shower rod, room right next to stairs and ice machine, no phone in either room to call front desk.
This was out of their control but rowdy group literally screaming and running up & down stairs. Front desk called police.

Floor was sticky and dirty. Toilet didn't work. Squeeky doors and beds. No milk, bread, butter on breakfast bar.

TV... still not many avaliable channels. The courtesy of staff during this stay was pleasant and courteous.

Once again, drunks met us at the door coming in the first night with Jerry Springer style side shows with cops. The Price was right but then the door was a mess the entire stay unable to open it directly hanging up we had to force it open every with a shoulder bump. The toilet ran all night with a rotted flap so I had to cut the water on and off manually, there was a roach on the wall and after the complaint they sprayed our room for us to choke on the fumes when we came back from dinner. The pool was open 9-6 everyday, but was dirty green from guests not showering before they went swimming. The staff did the best they could inspite of the COVID19 restrictions, were cordial and helpful and the hotels only saving grace.Everything was clean, the TV was a postage stamp with intermittent Direct TV CRAP service. Internet service was fast. Bottom line, we will not return.

The hotel was clean although a little outdated. The service was good and a good breakfast too. Would stay again if in the area.
