When we arrived the pet friendly rooms were taken so they gave us a free upgrade. I can’t speak about those rooms but our upgraded room was very nice, modern, and clean. Dog area was okay, behind the hotel but well lit. Breakfast was so so, typical hotel breakfast. Not much to eat for dinner in the surrounding area. We ended up at Sheets!

If there was a minus bones category, they would be in it. Room had combination smell of dog/cigarette smoke - even though it was a “smoke free” room. Toilet seat was not secured to toilet and when flushed, the flusher handle had to be pushed back in. The outside was filthy. Would only recommend avoiding.

I travel a lot for work and often stay in expensive hotels, but this hotel was the cleanest I have ever been in. And it didn't smell, which is pretty amazing for a pet room. It was somewhat basic in furnishings, but the bed was comfortable, a desk and comfortable chair and enough light for a boomer to work, a refrigerator and microwave, and the TV got almost every channel available on standard cable. My dog wasn't attracted to any specific places, so no apparent prior dog problems. Could have used a new tub. Breakfast was standard fare - waffles, dry scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, yogurt, juice, breads. Also the place is right behind a Waffle House, where I had a really good egg and hashbrown late supper when I got in at 10 PM.

There’s not enough green space to take your dog to. But the hotel was very clean. We had a newly renovated room. Breakfast wasn’t bad.

Excellent location for the mid-way point between upstate NY and S. Florida. The staff is very accommodating and the rooms with luxury vinyl flooring mean that there were no pet odors from previous occupants. Easy access to the highway. I will be making this a regular stop. Thank you!

The room was very clean and neat. The beds were very comfortable. We weren't crazy about its location but not a major concern. We had some problems getting the tv to work and found out it was the remote batteries. Had to go to the front desk to get new ones. Breakfast was too late for our early departure which was a little disappointing but we were able to get a cup of coffee for the road. Overall a comfortable room = 4.5

Our room was newly refurbished and very clean. Love the hard floors without carpet! You know it’s clean. Bed was very nice. Dog walk area was limited no pick up bags or waste station, many people didn’t pick up after their dogs! There was no welcome package for the dog. Definitively a 4.5 out of 5.

The staff was friendly at check in. The room was basic and clean. The grounds could use cleaning from past dog guests. We went to the lower side of the building and saw a skunk walking to the trash. The next morning, it was apparent that it checked out the rest of the grounds by its odor. Scary when you are trying to walk your fur baby. Otherwise, we were pleased.

We only stayed one night, but we were very pleased. The facility was very clean and the staff was great. There was no carpeting in the room, which was important to me with pets. Reasonable rates, and the continental breakfast was great. We will stay here again.

Dirty. Toilet didn’t work. Bugs. Unfriendly. Breakfast. Entire motel is being renovated so suggest not staying there till work completed.

The location was great, right off the highway. Mia was offered a biscuit at check-in. Room was clean and comfortable. Our tv service wasn't working, but it wasn't that big of a deal as we arrived late and left early.

Our room was disgusting. The tile floors in the bathroom were dirty, so dirty you could see dirt laying on the tile. There was food left in the fridge from whoever stayed there before us. The shower was dirty as well. It was so noisy our dog barked all night long. It was a non smoking room, but it reeked of cigarette smoke. I wouldn’t let anyone walk in there without shoes on. We will not be back.

I enjoyed my stay that this Best Western. It was right off the highway and the front desk receptionist was very friendly. The pet relief area was a good size and my room was a good size. I was able to set up my GSD kennel and still have lots of space. The only cons are that the bed was definitely soft and could use replacing, the door locks were tricky and the rooms could use a bit of an update to hardwood floor versus carpet. Overall I would stay here again.

The room was clean and comfy. The lady working at the desk when we checked in was fantastic! Gave our girl some treats and even showed us pictures of her beautiful girl! All in all, pretty great and would stay again.

Clean room, and dog friendly staff. The “dog friendly” rooms are on the first floor, and right next to a good grassy area to walk them around. Great stat!

This hotel was the ‘best’ pet friendly hotel we have ever stayed at in our travels to Florida. It is perfectly located off of I77 and the room was very clean and fresh! Best of all, our two big puppies were very welcomed!

We were very pleased with this hotel and would highly recommend a stay. Even though it was pretty full, we never heard any noise from another room or from outside. The breakfast was great and everyone friendly and helpful.

We use BW @ Statesville, N.C. often always clean rooms and friendly staff. We would stop there even if we didn't have Fido.

Beth, the manager was amazing. My dog Hollis was treated like a princess. Our room had a ground floor door that opened to an enclosed hallway open to the outside. It was convenient and secure. The hotel is on a dead end road which was great for dog walking, with some lighting and large areas of undeveloped land along the road for potty breaks. Beth even packed us a doggie bag for the road, with treats for dog and human. Easy on and off the highway. Great stop on the drive South from Michigan.

This hotel has large, updated rooms with comfy beds. VERY Pet friendly and accommodating. Staff is friendly. All rooms are pet friendly- you’re not put in “special rooms”. Very convenient, and good breakfast, too! Stayed there twice now and will definitely go back!!
