      Great disappointment

      Where do I start? Our room was obviously a smoking room although we were told it was not. When we got to the room there had been no air circulating so it was also very hot. The sheets had stains and the pillows were hard as a stone. All we wanted was a great night's sleep in the middle of a marathon road trip. Our pup was frightened by the elevator. The room was mostly carpeted. Not sure what made this a pet-friendly room. Then at checkout I couldn’t get my receipt. All in all, very unhappy.

      No bed bugs!

      As per another review stating bed bugs, no bed bugs noticed. Very reasonable hotel, we did sleep well. Rooms not as well cleaned as should be (corners and floor needed a good mop). Bathrooms older (didn't take shower as it was not to inviting). Breakfast was usual: waffles, watery eggs, store bought muffins/bagels. Was very reasonable price and we got exactly what we paid for.

      Perfect location for pets

      Very professional service from check-in to checkout. Clean room accommodations. Only issue was barking dog left in nearby room alone. Area had all services, stores, gas stations and restaurants nearby.

      Quiet, clean room

      This would have been 5 bones but they charged my card for the room after I checked out. Working on the refund now. No other complaints about the room or hotel.
