The room was last updated decades ago with frayed upholstery on the furniture. They are working hard to minimize staff, so everything took a long wait. Housekeeping was especially hard hit because our bathroom sink drain was covered in hair of the wrong color for either of us. A once nice hotel chain is clearly on the decline.
