Sonia was extremely friendly and helpful; the hotel is very clean and well-maintained. And Saranac Lake is a joy to visit.

Loved that the rooms had hardwood floors and everyone was so kind.

The staff were friendly. The loaner bed was terrific and our dog appreciated both the toys and treats. The hotel was far enough from the town center for good walks. The patio made dining at the hotel easy.

The dog friendly boat rental was a favorite amenity. At $275/pet room charge it was pricey, but glad to have the option for him to stay with us!
