      Not a great stay

      Woman at desk very argumentative at check in. Would not take my BW number because I booked through a 3rd party (a common occurrence). Said I already had a reduced rate, so there would be no points (the rate on the BW site was actually $3 less). Nice room; had to figure out the heater ourselves. TV didn't work. Called the front desk and was told she, by choice, hadn't had television for 30 years (as if I care), and didn't know anything about them. Hubby went to the desk and asked for two new batteries for the remote which solved the problem. Such a hassle when all we wanted was a quiet evening.

      Great Stay

      The room was perfect. I was thrilled to see floors rather than carpet (just in case) and they placed us on the first floor near a side door that led to an area that made it easy to walk my puppy. Everyone was friendly and inviting to her, and the hotel was spotless. No indication that any other dogs have ever been in that room. Highly recommended.

      Wonderful location

      Ground level room, near an outside door. Plenty of outdoor space for potty breaks. I would stay there even if it wasn’t pet friendly. Staff was cooperative and friendly. Very clean and comfortable and Fido loved it.
