HILLTOP OVERLOOK is perfect for large groups wanting to entertain and relax with friends and family by offering an open floor plan showcasing only high-end furnishings and luxury items selected by a local award-winning interior designer, with only comfort and luxury in mind. At NEST properties, you will not find locked closets, personal items in the bedrooms or homeowner's pictures on the walls—rest assured this is a full-time rental designed with only the most discerning short-term guests in mind.
As you enter the home you will be greeted with a wall of windows overlooking a private backyard featuring the pool and fire pit area. You will find an over-sized living room with several large seating areas, an over-sized dining area that seats 16ppl, a gourmet kitchen featuring Wolf appliances, a wine refrigerator, ice machine and more! Nestled in the back of the kitchen you will discover a lounge area that provides tranquility overlooking the pool. Also overlooking the pool, you will find a game room with a 70” TV, pool table, foosball table, fireplace, several seating areas and built in bar, making it the perfect area to gather with your friends and family. You will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms located on the top floor. On the bottom floor you will find an additional 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

• $100 Extra Person Fee ($100 p/person/p/night stay over 10person standard occupancy)
• 50% Payment at time of Booking
• 50% Payment 30 Days Prior to Check-In
• Rental Agreement must be signed within 48 hours after booking.
