Black mold on vent in bathroom, shower conditioner empty, no soap, chewed sofa and carpet stains from previous guest. Continental breakfast ends at 9am on weekends, very hard bed and spongey pillows. Hotel mgt gave no concession for booking through BringFido. Never again.
I was immediately greeted when I came through the lobby door, as were my pups! The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is very clean and modern-looking. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was nothing special, but it had the basics. I would have preferred not to have been put on the third floor, but the hotel was busy and that may be why. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again.
