      Run down

      Toilet kept running, little hot water pressure in the kitchen, low shower pressure in the shower. Very run down interior. Last night one of the residents was busted by 5 police cars. Never again!

      Fair location

      The property hasn’t been taken care of. Plenty of space to walk dogs. Just very unkempt. Room was nice.
