      Good location for the price

      It appears the hotel was recently bought by a new owner and they are trying to remodel. Workers are there everyday working on things and updating. Previous owner definitely let it get outdated. This is why I can’t fault it and gave it 5 bones. Pet friendly for a small extra fee, two pets any size, it was perfect so I could take my two with and inexpensive compared to others. Indoor pool was a plus also, especially with the weather! Again, needs work but looks like they are working on updating the hotel, and it’s pet friendly so can’t complain! Also, a good location surrounded by lots of food places and close proximity to the beach and everything. Note: previous rating from someone a few years ago; they have added extra security with a key being required to enter the hotel now.

      HORRIBLE GROUNDS

      No dog poop stations. Loads of poop all over the grounds that hotel does not clean up. Like a welfare hotel. Dirty, trash all over outside. Poor, poor maintenance. Dangerous grounds. Dogs can pick up diseases.

      Threadbare

      Way too expensive for the conditions at the property.We have used this location numerous times over many years, but were saddened by the way it has neen allowed to deteriorate. We will not be back.

      Pet friendly but needs to improve safety for its guests

      The hotel was definitely pet friendly but my main concern was safety. All the exterior doors were unlocked (no key was required to access the building). Additionally, the sliding glass door in our room was not very secure. Our room was clean and there was a nice grassy area next to the hotel to walk our dogs.
