      Front desk clerk horrible

      Desk clerk hassled me about my service dog and refused to let me check in without going through an interrogation. He was rude and I ended up leaving and having to stay at a lesser hotel for more money. Manager was apologetic the next day, but the damage was already done.

      Nice rooms

      The location was great for us. The room was nice and the bed comfy. We only stayed one night, but I would definitely stay here again.

      They don't have breakfast, though. Also they do have a small area with things for purchase that may have been forgotten, but did not have the needed toothbrush.

      There is no grass for the dogs, only rocks and mulch. One of my dogs minded this more than the other. Some grass would be nice, hence the 4 stars and not 5.

      Good stay!

      Wish there was grass for the dogs, but they made do with the rocks and mulch. Friendly staff and we would come back!
