      Old hotel in a bad neighborhood

      This Hampton Inn is an older hotel in a bad neighborhood with nonexistent service and a rocky pet relief area. During our stay, one elevator was out of order, at least one ice machine did not work, the drawers in our room wouldn’t stay closed, and I could not get digital features to work. When we pulled onto the street, there were homeless people being chased off by three police cars. We consider it to be one of the worst Hampton Inns we’ve ever stayed in.

      Poor room

      The blinds didn’t work. It was dark. They didn’t tell me I would be in a handicap room which had a huge chair in the shower.
