    Friendly People

The rooms need updating. The pet area is almost nonexistent. A 5-foot gravel area in the parking lot. No grass for Fido. Very busy area with lots of traffic noise and got woke up to some yelling from our neighboring room at 1:30 am. Only reason I am giving 3 bones is because the staff here are super great and friendly.

Convenient location- but price doesn’t reflect quality

For a start I will say that the staff at the front desk were very courteous and helpful. But, the place needs a major upgrade. The room was not very clean and the community areas seemed over used. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. Dogs are allowed, but really no special accommodation for them. At half the price (or less!) I might have get like it was a good option! Will not book again unless it is the only place available

Great location but needs some improvements

Staff was very helpful. Beautiful hotel, needs some TLC. My room was comfortable but the AC unit made very loud noises at night that kept me up. Hotel offered to send maintenance over but it was about 10:30pm but I was so tired. I accepted at first but then declined, put my headphones in and slept with them in. I did enjoy the decor, staff, the bar, and the hot tub. It was a very busy night for the hotel as well.
