    Best Western Rivers Edge welcomes two dogs up to 80 lbs for an additional fee of $10 per pet, per night. Dogs may be left in the room unattended. There are dog relief areas on two sides of the building near the river and waste stations at the corner of parking lot. Sorry, cats are not permitted.     Best Western Rivers Edge is located in a beautiful mountain setting in the heart of Red River surrounded by Carson National Forest. We are in the center of everything, within walking distance to the many unique shops and fine restaurants. There are many summer activities such as jeep tours, bicycling, hiking and horseback. Enjoy fly-fishing off the balcony or barbecues off the deck. Wintertime activities to take advantage of include a foot-bridge to skiing - we are only 50 feet from Red Chair Lift and lessons are available. Relax in our hot tub overlooking the river and chair lift. We are located in the center of town, walking distance to many fine restaurants, go-karts, playhouse and a grocery store. We want your trip to be an enjoyable journey and feel Best Western Rivers Edge is a great place to start.

      Beautiful spot

      I had a street level, corner room that opened to the deck by the river. It was beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The hotel has two small pet areas with bags and trash cans. Super friendly staff and a wonderful hot breakfast.

      Would have been better if pet rooms were on bottom floor, lots of stairs.

      Great Location!

      Our pet had as much fun as the kids hanging out on the large patio (facing the river) and the rivers edge. We had breakfast on the patio table just outside our room while the kids practiced casting in the river. The beds were comfortable, the room clean, and the staff made breakfast to order. We wished we had booked more than one night!
