      Two Dogs Left Stranded

      Willing to pay the $50 night 2 dog pet fee because located next to a big park. Showed up at hotel with 2 small dogs for a online reserved 5 night stay. Told that they were over booked and turned away on Memorial weekend. So much for reservation guarantee in fine print. Terrible front desk staff. Mean spirited and hateful. Would not call other in town locations to help. We Called a couple of other nearby hotels but they were all booked. Thank GOD for relatives in town. Booked La Quinta near freeway with No pet fee for the last 3 days. Don’t put your pets at risk with this terrible company. Never had this happen before with Hilton. Travel Blessings 2 U and Urs.

      Not so great

      Be aware that there is a $100 deposit for pets. This was quite a concern when I entered a room with stained, dirty carpet. The refrigerator was also dirty, although I doubt that would be taken out of the pet deposit. They will inspect your room before you checkout, which takes time.
      Three women at the front desk were not wearing masks and frequently bent down below the level of the plexiglass.
