This motel was near 2 others that had great lit up parking areas. This one was very dimly lit & felt unsafe. The guests with dogs were put way on the back side. I would not have stayed there alone & I’m not a big chicken. Front desk was nice, but gave us a “rule” sheet that said dogs couldn’t be on the bed or furniture. Breakfast was ok. The room had old tile floors & looked like it should have cost much less than we paid. I would not go back.

I liked the room and facility, but the hotel layout is odd with rooms that have no parking on the same side of the building as the rooms. Steven, the night clerk, was very helpful and friendly.

They were friendly and the room was good, but they did not provide a handicap accessible room as requested. Their breakfast was excellent.

We had a decent stay here. Rooms are “motel style” with doors to the outside which works well for our pup. Our room could have been cleaner, but I’m picky and it was okay for one night. All the pet rooms are on the freeway side and you can hear the traffic inside your room. They wouldn’t let us bring our pup into breakfast. Very nice fenced in dog area with grass, which was a huge perk for our Midwestern pup. We’ve stayed in 2 other hotels along this stretch of I-40 and they did not have suitable outdoor pet areas, so this was a big plus. Rooms have tile flooring, mini fridge, and microwave.

Booked this hotel based on good BringFido reviews and upon arrival was disappointed to see that it is right off I-40. When I went to check in, I asked for a quiet room as far away from the highway noise as possible. My request was refused because all the dog friendly rooms are on the highway. Fortunately they let me cancel. I didn't see the rooms so maybe they are okay but the location is just not acceptable.

This hotel is freeway convenient but not noisy. The room was fine and the bed comfy but all the pillows were too soft for me. The pet exercise area could be larger but overall our stay was fine.

Best Westerns were awesome for us on our cross country move. Room was small but comfortable. They even had a small fenced grass area for dogs to use the restroom.

I would not stay here with my dog again because my dog doesn’t like tile floors. The room was clean, breakfast was fine, and staff were nice. Just not for us and our dog. The dog relief area is small but fenced and has dog bags & trash can - pretty nice actually.
If you don’t mind tile floors and a slightly older room - its fine but the price is high for the condition of the pet room.

The room smelled and was not updated since the 50s. They were the most expensive on your site but we couldn’t stay there. We went across the street to the La Quinta and it was wonderful
