This is where responsive hospitality meets genuine comfort—a home that guests consistently praise for being immaculately clean, welcoming, and perfectly located for families, couples, and solo travelers who value security and convenience. The Space Step inside this stylishly restored, pet-friendly mid-century modern condo filled with natural light and carefully curated eclectic decor. You'll immediately notice the distinctive architecture: classic water-stripped block walls and original industrial concrete floors create authentic character. A plush sofa anchors the living room, completed with a striking sunburst mirror that catches and amplifies the natural light streaming through. Climate control is handled by a new, efficient A/C system and smart thermostat, keeping you comfortable year-round. A single bathroom with a bathtub serves the condo. Two bedrooms are decorated with intention and outfitted with hotel-quality Beautyrest mattresses—a detail guests consistently rave about in their reviews as genuinely restful. The property sits within a small, four-unit community. You'll have complete private access to your entire condo through your private entrance, ensuring your stay feels personal and secure. Two units are short-term rentals like yours; one is occupied by a long-term resident; and Will and Charlie live in the fourth unit—nearby if you need anything, but respectfully out of your way. Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements Two bedrooms with two beds total, each outfitted with hotel-quality Beautyrest mattresses. Extra pillows and blankets are provided for added comfort and restfulness. This sleeping arrangement works well for couples, small families, or friends traveling together. Kitchen & Dining The bright white kitchen is fully equipped and ready for cooking. You'll find a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a dining table. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before exploring the neighborhood or cooking a full dinner, the space is inviting and well-stocked. Extra dining chairs are stored in bedrooms. Outdoor Spaces & Parking Your dedicated carport space (the second from the left) provides convenient, covered parking—a convenience guests specifically appreciate. Ample free street parking is also available directly out front if needed. The shared courtyard features artificial turf, ambient evening lighting, a BBQ grill, and a fully fenced shared backyard that adds an extra layer of security and privacy. This fenced area is especially valued by families and solo travelers. Outdoor furniture is available for relaxing, and a fire pit is available for gathering and enjoying the evening outdoors. Entertainment & Connectivity Smart TVs in the living room and main bedroom offer access to streaming services. Will offers YouTube TV, Tubi, Pluto and Roku. Guests are welcome to use their own Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ or other services. Stay connected with super high-speed internet—average download speeds exceed 700mbps—ideal for streaming, remote work, or staying in touch with home. Board games are available for offline entertainment and quiet evenings. Laundry Two large washers and dryers plus laundry detergent are available on site for your convenience. Pet-Friendly Stay Your furry friends are genuinely welcome here. Will's own dog, Charlie, sets the tone for a warm, pet-friendly atmosphere. Will is known for being thoughtful and responsive to guests' needs, so feel free to ask questions about your pet's comfort during your stay. Sustainability This property reflects a commitment to environmental responsibility: native desert landscaping, modern technology to reduce utility consumption, and earth-friendly soaps and cleaning products are provided for your use.
