  Very Pet Friendly

  Everything was wonderful and they gave our poochies some prizes. The pet area was a bit limited. It would be awesome to have a fenced in pet run or something nearby for friendly dogs to play. I also wish the rooms had pet bowls available.

  Nice room

  Had a great stay at the Virgin Hotel. Only complaint is they don’t want you to leave your dog in the room by themselves yet you can’t take your dog to any of the pools. It’d be nice if they could go to one of the pools.

  Great for pets

  We had great experience there. The room was big enough for 4 people and my big size dog. They provided pet welcome kid were is clearly indicated pet relief area. The staff were friendly all the time.

  Great Stay

  Book the dog room and the pet fee is included. Dogs can be left unattended in the room if they are left in a crate which was nice when we went to eat for a short period of time. They provided a treat, bottle of water, a cute Virgin dog tag and a bandana for the dog. We would definitely stay again. Room was very clean and spacious.

  Amazingly dog-friendly experience. The only slight downside was the pet relief area was astroturf, which my dog doesn’t really prefer.

  Awesome Pet-Friendly Location

  We had never stayed at the Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas before and all I can say is we absolutely LOVED our stay. The rooms were amazing and I especially enjoyed the extra door to separate the room itself from the front entry/bathroom area. The amenities were great and the potty area for pets was nice. Definitely planning to stay here again when we have our pup with us in Vegas!

  Very Dog Friendly!!

  I have a husky and a pug and they were welcomed at check-in with a goodie bag😀 There was a sufficient dog relief area right outside of Ruby Tower that was always clean and stocked with poop bags. I booked a room in the Ruby Tower, which had a great bathroom, roomy living room with couch and table, and great decorations. No coffee pot so I bought a $10 pot at Walmart, which was a 10min drive away. The Thai restaurant was yummy, as was the smoothie bar. Really liked the gym and everyone who worked there was very friendly. 20 min walk to the strip, Uber was about $12. Also free parking at the hotel!

  Hallway smelled like pee

  The rooms were nice, walking through the casino wasn’t a big deal. What was a big deal was they put us as far away from the dog area as possible furthest room down a long hallway. Luckily my dog doesn’t pee much on vacation but other dogs weren’t as Lucky and didn’t make it therefore the hallway smelled like pee to the elevator. Make sure you stay in the nicer ruby tower if you have a dog since it’s easier access to the dog area. You also have to walk around the building to get back in and the cement is HOT so get your dog shoes or be prepared to pick them up unless you are in the more expensive ruby tower. You were supposed to get a goodie bag for your dog, bowls and a bed. We weren’t provided anything. We went to get a goodie bag from the front desk. Luckily I packed her own bowls and she hogged my bed.

  Inconvenient

  I have a large dog. We were placed in a part of the hotel accessed thru the casino, so we had to walk through a smoky, noisy room to the elevator. No refrigerator or microwave in room, so I could not refrigerate her food. The dog relief area was a long way away, again through a smoky noisy room.

  Super friendly and accommodating

  The staff loved our Golden! We had such a good experience here. An exclusive pet goodie bag was provided and our boy was treated so well! There's easy access to a pet designated relief area, and he wasn't super overwhelmed in the casino nor treated like he didn't belong there. Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!!

  We loved the hotel. The only thing that I had a problem with is that we had to walk about a half mile to the only large dog bathroom area.

  Even though I lost money at the slots (no surprise), the hotel staff, service, room quality, room service, parking, pet area was fantastic! This is a very pet friendly hotel. We’ll be back!

  Wonderful experience!

  First time I've travelled with my dogs. They did great wandering through the casino area to the pet relief area. A bit of a walk, but don't let that stop you from staying. The hotel is lovely, the room just wonderful, and the dogs did great. I'm planning on staying there again, even if I don't bring the pups!

  The Virgin was so great for our pet stop , welcome bag, no extra charge for the pet, a pet floor. The only down side is the relief area is quite a ways away and not much else for walking in the area. BUT it was a nice room, felt spoiled versus the road side hotels we generally stay at when taking the dogs on hiking adventures!

  Great to have found a dog-friendly hotel

  Virgin was very accommodating for my family and our large German Shepherd Dog when we stayed in Vegas. The pet relief area is a little hard to find at first, but they do have one that is mostly fenced in. This is a great option for guests with pets who would prefer the amenities of a nicer resort rather than the various motels that take pets. Note that the resort fee is billed separately at check-in. The total amount quoted by BringFido was accurate, but I was initially confused why there were two payments requested.

  Love of dogs

  Received a doggy goodie bag upon arrival. It was fast and easy to get to the doggy relief area (within 5 mins from hotel room). Beautiful fun hotel with a small casino and kid friendly.

  Not quite as cheap as it looks

  This was a decent stay: self-park is easy and despite my misgivings, you can happily walk through the casino with your dog to the elevators. The room was large and very comfortable—often the pet-friendly rooms are the ones that need to be renovated etc., but clearly like the rest of the hotel it was newly renovated. I would flag the resort fee, not because the hotel charges one—they seem to be unavoidable in Las Vegas. Rather, it is that it seems particularly unfair to charge over $50 for "services" people with pets almost definitely won't use. But overall, it worked well.

  A little disappointed

  The hotel is clean and new. Everyone was friendly and helpful and they were great to pets. However, there was no refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker in the room. The lighting system was a little “annoying” to work and the television reception in our room was spotty. It wasn’t totally bad, but could be better.

  Pet Friendly Oasis In Las Vegas Action

  We stayed here 1 night with my dachshund on a road trip out west. We appreciated the goodie bag of swag we received at check in and the pet relief area. The pet relief area was very clean astroturf near a somewhat busy sidewalk. Our room was in the Canyon Tower and we walked through the active and bright casino floor each time to get to the relief area. I am mentioning this in case your dog is a little picky/ skittish like mine so you can be prepared to do some coaxing if needed!

  It was good

  The room was super spacious and the bed comfortable. The wifi was very spotty at best and when watching TV, the signal was constantly buffering. The water pressure in the shower SUCKED. Those of you with long, thick hair will understand; had to rinse for at least 10 mins just to get all the soap outta my hair...lol. But, those are small things and the room was nice and comfortable, close to everything we wanted to do and see. Will stay here again.

  Nice Hotel

  Overall it was a good stay. There was a minor hiccup during check in. The front desk said I booked a standard room and will need to pay $60 for my dog. However, I booked through Bringfido and the confirmation email was for 2 adults and 1 pet, so there shouldn’t be any extra charge. The guy was very nice and asked me to forward him the email and got it all taken care of. He also gave a goodies bag (which contained a milk bone, a small bowl and a Virgins hotel bandana) for my dog. The room was big and the decor was nice. There’s even a small sectional sofa and a table where you can eat or do some work on your laptop. There’s a door between the sleeping area and the bathroom which is a plus. The cons are there are no coffee/coffee maker in the room, and you can hear the airplanes flying overhead.

  Great hotel for dogs, typical vegas hotel for hoomans

  We were here one night, just needed a clean, safe, dog-friendly place to stay near the airport and this was great! You can book a dog-friendly room and they’ll put you on the standard floor they have for all dog-owners. There is no extra dog fees outside the price of the room. I also got a $12 room credit for room service or food at the hotel/casino which was nice. The only thing annoying were small things specific to my check-in/stay. Long & SLOW line at check-in when I arrived at midnight. Only 1 body towel for shower and it was visibly stained, snack bar not replenished & charging pad for the tv remote missing, and tv remote didn't sync with tv so had to call system tech. I told the front desk about other missing items (charger, snacks) only so I wouldn't get an extra charge later. It's a 30 min walk from the strip and the relief area is about a 5 min walk from entry point to there. We made it there just fine with no accidents. The lights and sounds were a little overwhelming for my doggo but that's typical Vegas and comes with the territory! I'll probably stay here again.

  Solid LV Trip

  We were satisfied with Virgin Hotel Casino. Our room was pet-friendly and good-sized. The pet relief area is nice compared to other hotels (turf, trees, shade, waste baggies and waste bin). No pet fee during the time we stayed! There were quite a few other people with dogs of all shapes and sizes there. We would definitely book here to accommodate our fur baby again.

  Beautiful clean rooms!

  We stayed at the Virgin Hotel Las Vegas, as it was the only hotel near strip that allowed large dogs and also no pet fee. The room cost does increase a bit for the pet stay rooms, but only slightly. I would take a bone off because the pet relief area is so far away, however the friendly staff and BEAUTIFUL room made up for it. Super clean, comfortable beds, huge shower, very thick wonderful towels, huge tv, and just a classy place all around. We stayed 2 nights. I would recommend just taking the elevator to 1st floor and walk to parking garage, then exit garage to walk dog. Much closer than the pet relief area if staying in the Canyon Chamber Tower. I would absolutely stay here again. We did not get anything extra at check in for our dog (treats etc.) or a pet concierge as I thought was in the description, but it wasn't needed. Also, it is off the strip, but you can see it from the room. To walk to strip, I would wear comfortable shoes. It is close, but requires probably a 10-15 min walk. Recommend!

  108 degrees in the shade

  Wouldn’t let my wife check-in, which has never happened before at any hotel I have stayed at. It was particularly ridiculous as the stay was already paid for. The overhead lights in the bathroom were burned out, only the lights around the mirror worked. We did not receive the promised visit for the dog concierge with a welcome bag.

  Great room and pet lovers

  Rooms are great and modern. Only downside is have to go through casino to get to room, noises could upset some pets. It also can be a walk depending on the placement of your room.

  Very Clean, And Well Maintained Pet Hotel

  They are very pet friendly hotel. The hotel and their dog relief area are very clean and very well maintained! The manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating which made our stay a very pleasant experience! I would definitely stay here the next time I come back to Vegas! A+++!

  Very Nice!

  Virgin Hotel was awesome when it comes to the dog. Everyone was very accepting and smiled when they saw the dog, so it made me feel very comfortable walking her through the casino to get to the pet area. The only reason I did not give 5 bones is because the pet area was far away. I felt they could easily add a pet relief area in the middle of the property where all towers had access to it. Also I asked at check in if there was a map to all the pet relief areas and they seemed to be confused, so the relief area I used the whole time seemed to be the only one, which may not be the case.

  Loved it for humans

  This hotel was great super comfortable beds super clean everything was great and they were very accommodating. I’m kinda mixed on good for dogs. The hotel staff seemed super nice about when our dog just couldn’t hold it anymore and had an accident just outside the front doors, which they said no worries it happens and promptly cleaned it up. However, that being said the dog space was to far away being at the end of a hall on the 9th floor(thank goodness my dog does elevators). Also it’s small and fake grass that smells like animal urine which my dog did not like. Overall good for humans to stressful on puppy.

  Pet friendly? Really?

  The pet relief area was far from our room or any rooms. The extra large green space outside didn’t allow dogs to be on it which left very little desert landscape for the dog to do it’s business. It would have been nice if there were bags & pet waste receptacles. I just didn’t get a pet friendly vibe at all. Maybe pets accepted but not encouraged…

  Fantastic Experience!!!

  I recently had to travel to Las Vegas with my Great Dane. I did a lot of research and while many hotels in Vegas accommodate dogs, there are weight limits which my dog exceeds many times over. A quick search on BringFido.com and I found the perfect room at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. They accept any size dog and there is no extra fee! I could've even brought along our other dog if I wanted too. The room was clean and nice having been recently updated when Virgin purchased this property from the Hard Rock Hotel. The customer service was first class all the way which is what Virgin is known for. My dog even received a welcome gift bag of a travel water bowl, Virgin bandana, treats and a door card that said "Party Animal" Dog in Room to alert hotel staff. There is a small but well designed pet relief area in front with artificial grass and landscaping and plenty of poop bags. We easily accessed this area from the (free) valet/self parking structure and from the lobby. If need to travel to Las Vegas with your dog, I highly recommend Virgin Hotels Las Vegas and BringFido.com, thank you!

  No pet fee and large dogs welcome

  We stayed only one night at the recently rebranded Virgin Hotel in Vegas and the room was great, and since it was only one night we were happy there were no pet fees. The pet relief area is very nice, clean, but very small. It consists of a few palm trees, about 400 SF of turf, and a few bushes at the perimeter. I walked the dogs through the casino several times and no one seemed to mind. Stayed in Ruby Tower since it is closest to the pet relief area.

  Super pet friendly staff not pet accommodating

  They did a great job with the remodel and the staff are very friendly and welcoming of pets. My only complaint is that in order to get to the pet area is to walk all the way through the casino and it’s a small area on a very busy street both car and pedestrian traffic. I found a large grassy area in the parking lot next door farther back from the street.
