The landscaping and the exterior of the hotel are well taken care of, but the hallways and rooms are not. Our room was dirty!!!! In addition, it was out of toilet paper and had no blanket, so I had to ask for both. NOT the way to run a hotel!

Room not ready with some safety issues. Uncovered and loose wall plates, dirty bedspread, bathroom crud all over the floor, shower curtain ripped and lying in bath tub.

The thermostat didn’t work with the card. Wouldn’t let me change it. After 2 nights I got a clerk to look at it and she figured out it didn’t work so she went to window fan. And was able to raise the temp an I got some sleep on the third night. Also the tv wasn’t working. Finally worked on this day. The dog walk areas were nice. Easy access to freeways. The truck sounds not noticeable in the room.
