We arrived exhausted needing a place to crash and found the room to be in terrible shape. The carpets were wet, the windows wide open, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. It looks like they attempted to remove the smell but it didn't work. The bathroom had old cigarette burns on the counter and toilet seat and the beds and couch looked and smelled dirty. The other people staying there were all smoking and loud. We also felt that our uhaul and car were not safe in the parking lot overnight.. We immediately packed up to cancel and find another place. The front desk person shrugged and said they were sorry but did nothing to rectify the situation. They would not give us a refund and said it was their policy. They probably have this policy because they know no sane person would actually stay there! I would give this place 0/5 if I could.
