Villa Cordelia
Villa Cordelia is a charming two-story villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps 14 people. From Villa Cordelia you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Cordelia is 450 square meters (4850 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a small private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 9 km (5.6 miles) from Pistoia, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Villa Cordelia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Cordelia you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. Please note that access to Villa Cordelia is along a 1 kilometer (0.6 miles) unpaved road.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5.5 meters (18 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. This area is also equipped with small sofas and armchairs. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Patio
The patio is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella and a gazebo. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a spectacular view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
Garden
The garden is 30000 square meters (323000 square feet) large. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the hills.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the swimming pool area. Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with ancient terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include two sofas and an armchair. There is a nice fireplace. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a large panoramic window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room. The furnishings are classic and welcoming. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The furnishings include a small sofa. From the dining room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors. The room also has two large panoramic windows with a view of the greenery and of the hills.
Family room
You will be able to enter the family room through a corridor. There is a big and age-old fireplace. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The room has two windows.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the family room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. There is also a wood-fired pizza oven. The kitchen has a window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the family room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), located on the mezzanine level. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 3 - a pass-through room with en-suite bathroom
Important notice: members of your party will need to walk through this bedroom to reach the fourth bedroom. You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace, which is equipped with table and chairs, through a French door. The room also has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower, a bathtub and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 4
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the third bedroom. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Laundry room

Living Room 3
You will be able to enter the third living room from the other living room through an arched opening. The floor is paved with wood. The furnishings include two armchairs. In this room you will find a grand piano. The room also has a small high window, as well as a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen 2
You will be able to enter the second kitchen from the living room through a cased opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the small terrace equipped with table and chairs. The room also has a window.
Bedroom 5
You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom through a corridor. The floor is paved with wood. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a desk. The room has a large panoramic arched window, as well as a Juliet balcony. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
