Built in 2017 in the quiet and Mediterranean fishing village of Sveta Marina, House 61 offers state-of-the-art amenities for a relaxing holiday right on the coast of Kvarner Bay. The penthouse apartment (No. 144) on the top floor of the house offers an outstanding view of the open sea, the village and the beach. It has a size of about 100 square meters and has spacious 2 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, a large living / dining area with spacious kitchen. The large windows in the living room can be postponed - so you can enjoy the view even better and undisturbed, you feel like being outdoors. On the large balcony high above the roofs of Sveta Marina you can relax and enjoy the sunshine in peace.
The apartment is fully air conditioned in all rooms, the special "Sunprotect" windows show direct sunlight and prevent heating the apartment. In the colder winter months, guests can enjoy continuous underfloor heating.

The newly built house has a very pleasing charm that infects you, that never fatigues you and always surprises you again and again. It's fun to be in and around the house. Simply ideal for relaxing and relaxing.
From the summer heat, it is best to relax with a dip in the crystal clear water. The beach is located directly below the house in about 25 meters as the crow flies. The house has its own "Plaza", a concrete deck platform right on the coast (not exclusive, as in Croatia beaches always have to be publicly accessible). The village's large public beach is a short 3-minute walk from the house.
A supermarket and restaurants are within a short distance of 450 meters from the house. In a few minutes you can walk to everything you need on holiday. The car can stand still for so long ....
Culinary the region also has a lot to offer. We are happy to give you appropriate recommendations for our highlights. There is something for every taste and almost every budget. The city of Labin, which is about 10 minutes away by car, is the hub of the area. A visit to the historic old town with its churches, narrow streets, shops, museums, galleries, bars and restaurants is always worth a visit. In the urban market you can experience the hustle and bustle of the local sellers, there is fresh local produce, excellent meat and sensational fish.
The picturesque harbor town Sveta Marina is located in the Kvarner bay. This part of Istria is known for its Mediterranean climate, its subtropical vegetation and its unique, untouched nature. Sveta Marina is located at the foot of the Ucka massif. The seaside resort of Opatija, estimated early by Austrian emperors, is located about 40km east, about 40km west is the coastal town of Pula with its famous amphitheater, where world-class theater / music performances take place all year round. There is also an international airport.
This small, former fishing village is far away from the major tourist centers of the Istrian peninsula. Here the time seems to have stopped. It still enjoys the tranquility and the original Istria, in its best purity. Sveta Marina lives from its simple simplicity, its still preserved original character. The few old houses testify to the historical history of Croatia. And yet you will find here amenities, such as a supermarket, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, diving schools, camping, SUP and boat rentals. Without exaggeration, we can say that the water is "crystal clear". The Kvarner Bay is known for its cleanliness and biodiversity. It is not unusual to see dolphins here - not only on the open sea, but also in the immediate vicinity of the coast, with the naked eye. The drifting and playing of the dolphins is always a pleasure that you can not forget.
The beach in the village is still not crowded, you never have to worry that you can no longer put a towel in between. A few minutes walk and you will always find a quiet place to be able to fully dedicated to sunbathing alone. Along the entire coastline towards Ravni, the nearest town in the south, runs along a road right by the sea, past picturesque empty bays. The diving schools based in Sveta Marina are among the best known and most renowned in Europe. The reefs around Sveta Marina are among the 40 most spectacular in the world !! It is an El Dorado for divers. Every year, hundreds of tourists come to our place to learn diving, or to do their own free skiing with and without trained instructors. The Scuba Center Sv. ... and it does not matter if it's Race-Bike or MTB !! You will definitely get your money's worth. Believe in a passionate biker! From the front door to homecoming - it is a real pleasure to drive here. However, it really has the region in it and is more suitable for demanding cyclists. Steep climbs, miles of paved roads through almost untouched nature, panoramic views over the entire Kvarner Bay, many picturesque villages on the coast or in the hinterland, traditional konobas and gostionas (quaint taverns with delicious food and good wine) leave the race bikers make the heart beat faster.
