This experience was different from the first time I stayed there. It was close to where I needed to go, so that was good. But the grounds, with the snow melted, we’re full of trash and old cigarette butts and cans and bottles. The dog area is never picked up so it’s loaded with feces and hard to walk through. The room itself was barely OK. The bed was uncomfortable the carpet we stained. The bathroom however was clean. Perhaps because it was a pet friendly room they don’t give you one of the better ones. Also no elevator just remember that. So the second floor is tough with a puppy. I did get a room on the first floor however. Hopefully I won’t need to go to Plattsburgh for a long time, but I wouldn’t stay there again! Staff is very friendly however!
