      Great Staff

      Linda was just so nice to us. She got us a first floor room near the outdoor pet area. She also welcomed us warmly and even held Riley so I could grab breakfast. The hotel is clean and roomy. We really enjoyed our whole stay. Hilton should be very proud of having such a lovely person like Linda on staff.

      Wonderful Staff

      All the staff at this location are so accommodating, from great suggestions through breakfast and night time buffet. We will be returning here whenever we are in the Beachwood/Cleveland area.
