    The Featherbed Inn

    The Featherbed Inn welcomes two dogs of any size in designated rooms for an additional fee of $25 per pet, per night plus a one-time $50 cleaning fee for each pet. The Main House is not pet friendly. Dogs are only allowed in Cottage Rooms (Shelley, Phillipa, and Ellen, as well as the Brittany Cottage). Crated dogs may be left in the room unattended for short periods of time if the front desk is notified. A hypoallergenic Russian Blue cat lives on the property as well, but won't visit your cottage.

    Perfectly situated in the heart of Vermont's Mad River Valley, tThe Featherbed Inn is a casually luxurious bed and breakfast just eight minutes from skiing at Sugarbush and Mad River Glen and just around the corner from the restaurants, breweries, and shops in Waitsfield. We've got a lovely meadow to play on, many miles of trails for dog-walking, mountain biking, or snow shoeing, and a pond to jump in. We've also got an outdoor hot tub and two fire pits. Your friendly hosts will serve you a gourmet three-course breakfast while sharing ideas and recommendations to make your stay perfect for you and your furry friend. ?

      Nature and nurture

      Inn provides great access to hiking trails, wonderful breakfasts, and easy access to great restaurants, shopping, and skiing. Welcoming innkeepers cinch the deal.

      Fantastic BnB

      Super dog friendly. The couple than runs the inn are very caring and made us and our dog feel incredibly welcome. I recommend this BnB to anyone
