      Fine but not great

      The staff was welcoming and the room adequate. There is a dog park for potty a block away which is convenient. I just believe to get 5 bones a hotel should offer dog bowls and beds. Offering treats is a nice touch too. None of that was offered here.

      Nice stay

      Great room with 2 queens. Easy walking distance to our destination. Had a grassy area to to take the dogs to potty, and a poop bag station.

      Superb staff

      Hotel is in good location to all downtown events, but every employee I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Good down to earth people too. Facility is well managed.

      Good location, friendly staff

      Everyone was very friendly. The room was great. We were told that it’s only been a few months since they started accepting pets. They have a little grass area outside to the front side of the building for potty complete with poop bags and a garbage can. This is also the area where quite a few homeless people seemed to hang around, but no problems.
